NM Toolkit uses the minimum data needed to operate the tools, apply the plan, and show associated measurement.It does not sell personal data or retain complete order information.NM Toolkit is operated by Null Pointer Exception S.L.For privacy questions or data requests, email support@slnpe.com or contact us through our contact form.Installation data, admin session, and plan status required to authenticate and authorize the app.With any confirmed plan, minimal pseudonymized order data is stored temporarily to power Recent Sales and Popularity.Only Ultra creates session identifiers and technical exposure events to measure journeys and attribute results.The app database does not store names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, Shopify tokens, or complete webhook bodies.Operate and protect tools published in the theme.Show the aggregated commercial activity needed for Recent Sales and Popularity and, on Ultra, measure results associated with exposures.Apply Free, Starter, Pro and Ultra limits and diagnose operational failures.The storefront may use technical storage to maintain a timer, visual state, or signed session. Measurement events are sent only when Shopify's Customer Privacy signal permits analytics. If that permission is withdrawn, NM Toolkit deletes its measurement session from the browser.The merchant must configure notices, consent, and theme copy according to their markets and applicable obligations.The operational retention period for pseudonymized orders, exposures, and requests is 90 days; purging occurs during the next processing cycle, and mandatory shop deletion removes the closed cycle. Cancelled orders are removed from operational aggregates and measurement. Mandatory requests are authenticated and retried on failure; access requests generate an export available to the merchant.Data is processed through Shopify and the infrastructure operated to provide NM Toolkit. Order references are pseudonymized with a separate key, tokens are redacted from logs, and access fails closed when the plan cannot be confirmed.The admin interface loads Google Analytics 4 to measure visited pages without URL parameters and usage events with limited dimensions. Google receives this data as the analytics provider; NM Toolkit does not send it the store domain, search text, request identifiers, or order content.Customers can initiate requests through the merchant. Merchants can email support@slnpe.com for access, correction, or deletion requests related to NM Toolkit. The request will be verified before data is disclosed or changed.
